Comes said complainant by John H. Butler, Esq.,
her solicitor and it appearing by affidavit filed herein
that said defendant is not a resident of the State of
Indiana. He is therefore hereby notified of the pendency
of this cause, and that unless he be and personally
appear before the Judges of our said court at the Court
House in Salem, on the first day of the next Term, of
our said Court, and plead, answer, or demur thereto,
the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
