Annie Daisy Saphronia LANEY (RIN: 4004), daughter of John Wesley LANEY and Harriet Ann GAEMELICH , was born 22 September 1877. She died 31 January 1948.

"....b on his maternal grandfather's homestead, between Hopkins and Clearmont, Mo...was "the namesake of his two g-fathers, Judge Stephen Moorehouse and Charles Grice Trueblood"; ...they mov. to Beatrice, Neb., for one yr., then on to the Cheyenne, Wyo., area, where Charles was employed by the Union Pacific RR. They returned from to Arco, Mo., to his father's farm, in 1904; and farmed near Marysville for several years. Later, the family moved to K.C., Ks. He worked as a fireman until the big strike of 1921, "when he walked out in sympathy with the strikers." He later worked for the National Zinc Co. His wife d 1-31-1948; after that loss, he lived with his children until his death." pg 170
